We never imagined we would be here, asking for help like this, but after a long and emotional journey, we’re holding onto hope for one more chance.
We recently went through IVF, and while everything looked so promising, our transfer sadly wasn’t successful. It’s been heartbreaking, and we’re taking time to process and heal.
We are incredibly grateful to still have one frozen embryo remaining – a 5BB – which gives us hope for another chance.
Unfortunately, after the cost of our first IVF cycle, we are no longer in a position to afford the next step.
The costs for another frozen embryo transfer add up quickly:
Frozen embryo transfer: £1,800 – £2,500
Medication: £500 – £1,000
Scans and clinic fees: £300 – £700
This brings the total to around £3,500, which is our fundraising target.
We had hoped to transfer more than one embryo initially to give us the best possible chance, especially knowing our financial situation, but that wasn’t possible at the time. Now, this one remaining embryo feels incredibly precious.
We are asking for help to reach our £3,500 goal and give us one more chance to try for the family we’ve dreamed of.
Every donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. If you’re not able to donate, simply sharing our story would help more than you know.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for any support you can give. It truly means more than we can put into words.
