One Mile at a Time for Bodily Autonomy
Hi, I’m Rem Martin. I believe in bodily autonomy and that everyone deserves respectful, affordable access to sexual and reproductive health care. This November I’m joining the Planned Parenthood 30-Mile Walk/Run Challenge because big change happens one day, one mile at a time. I’m walking to stand with the people who need care, education, and protection of their rights the most.
Planned Parenthood delivers compassionate care regardless of income, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, or immigration status. They provide vital services like birth control, STI testing, cancer screenings, abortion care, and medically accurate education. When clinics are supported, lives are healthier, choices are respected, and communities are stronger.
I’m doing this walk/run to turn belief into action. Each mile I cover is a step toward ensuring that care stays available and accessible for everyone. Your support helps Planned Parenthood advocate for policies that protect reproductive rights, expand access, and provide the resources people need to live full, healthy lives.
Please join me by donating to Planned Parenthood. Your contribution, big or small, will help keep care within reach for those who need it and send a message that bodily autonomy matters.
