Let's turn the tables and give a gift to a Santa who never asked for one. This Kris Kringle, William "Bill" Gibson, had a heart of gold and hoped to see one more Christmas with his family. Unfortunately, that wish did not come to pass, passing just before Thanksgiving. As a close friend to the family, I can say this man embodied the joy and kindness of Santa and always thought of helping others. He didn’t ask for help for himself as his body dealt with several forms of cancer and two tumors in his brain. Through all the medical challenges, and the burdens that come with it, he continued to bring love and Christmas magic to children in need. Together let’s bring his memory and his family a bit of childhood wonder and surprise by filling his stocking with gifts of gratitude.

Finally, as Christmas starts to arrive, don't forget to grab an Angel off the Angel Tree in honor of this wonderful Santa. His dedication and love for helping children was his true message and legacy.
