Hello everyone, it’s hard to believe I’m even writing this. Now that our immediate family members know, we can share what someone we all hold near and dear to our heart is being challenged with.

My stepdad, Greg Teeple, is dealing with a form of cancer known as Renal Cell Carcinoma, a form of kidney cancer. Unfortunately, that’s where most of the troubles and worry come from. Greg was born with only one kidney. So far, the scans are showing the cancer is in and around his only kidney, as well as possibly spreading to under his liver.

With that being said, My Michigan in the Sault has referred him to U of M in Ann Arbor. We all need a little help sometimes, and I can’t think of a more deserving person than Greg, that we can help to hopefully have some of these burdens lessened. He’s a friend to everyone, the best Gaga his grandkids can ask for, a great husband, and father. Greg has worked hard for what he has, and with all the appointments and recovery, he will need a little support to ease the burden of what he is dealing with.

We’re a small community, but let’s show Greg some big support.

Any funds raised will help with travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and food expenses. They will also help alleviate any stress with bills and expenses while Greg is unable to work.
