One heart beat america

My name is Chad Wiggins and I am a Uber eats driver, I have been battling heart disease since 2006. In 2018 I had to have open heart surgery to save my life, I am now a lvad patient and on the heart transplant list. I have been working with Uber since then it is all I can do right now given my illness, however I watch as my wife works herself to an early grave trying to compensate for where I lack now. Now with everything going on we are just faced with medical bills, our own bills and the possibility of I pass God forbid, she will be facing burial expenses, we need help in preparing for the heart transplant that I believe God is going to grant, any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated by myself and the entire family.
