On Friday 23 October 2026, schools, communities and supporters across Ireland will come together for One Day Together, Educate Together’s annual national celebration and fundraising day.

One Day Together is a chance to celebrate equality-based education, the strength of the Educate Together community, and the impact we can make together.

Educate Together is Ireland’s equality-based school patron and a registered charity. Funds raised through One Day Together help us to:

Strengthen our schools

We provide schools across the network with practical advice, guidance and resources, including support for school leaders and boards of management, Ethical Education resources for teachers, and tools that help schools deliver high-quality equality-based education.

Advocate for change and ensure parents’ voices are heard

We work with Government, public representatives, department officials, communities and other stakeholders to advocate for a more equitable, sustainable and responsive education system.

Grow the movement and create more Educate Together places

We work to increase access to equality-based education and create more opportunities for children and families to become part of the Educate Together movement.

In 2025, 42,164 students attended 118 Educate Together schools across Ireland — 827 more than the previous year. Educate Together also delivered 14 board of management training sessions with 440 attendees, while continuing its long-standing advocacy for greater parental choice and reform in education.
