Life has a way of humbling you when you least expect it. Right now, I’m in a place where I need to rebuild—not from scratch, but from a place that requires courage, stability, and support.
I’m not asking for a handout. I’m asking for a chance to reset.
I’ve been working hard and doing what I can to stay afloat, but sometimes life stacks things faster than you can fix them. What I need now is a small foundation to stand on so I can move forward with stability and purpose.
In 2023, I returned to Fort Worth planning to rebuild my life after a sudden change in employment. I came back expecting a fresh start and a new job, but life unfolded in a much harder direction than I anticipated.
Not long after, I went through a difficult divorce that left me in financial hardship and without transportation. Around the same time, I was diagnosed with kidney cancer (RCC), which has since been successfully treated.
Despite everything, I stepped up to care for a close friend’s father who was suffering from late-stage Alzheimer’s and dementia. I remained with him and provided care until his passing in January 2026.
Now that chapter has ended, and I find myself without stable housing and without a vehicle. I am being forced to transition out of my current living situation and rebuild from the ground up.
I currently have an opportunity to relocate to Georgia, where I can start over in a more stable environment and rebuild my life.
The only thing standing in my way is reliable transportation to get there and begin again.
I am raising $3,500 to:
* Purchase a reliable used vehicle
* Cover registration and insurance costs
* Support basic travel and relocation expenses to Georgia
I’m not asking for more than I need. I’m asking for a real chance to move forward after several years of setbacks and responsibility, and finally step into stability again.
If you’re able to help, I am deeply grateful. If you can’t, sharing this means just as much.
Every bit of support helps me get one step closer to starting over.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for being part of my reset forward. I’m ready to rebuild—just need a way to get there.
