:: Honouring Indigenous Culture, Country & Connection ::
We are One Blood — a grassroots organisation dedicated to truth-telling, preservation of indigenous culture around the world, and deep connection to land, people, and spirit. But this story goes beyond the specificities of one culture. It is a universal tale of resilience, connection, and the profound truth that all human beings are interconnected.
There is no true separation between us, the land, and all living things.
We are currently creating a documentary that explores the deep-rooted wisdom of Indigenous Australian culture. This documentary is a journey of healing — where Black fella and White fella walk together with open hearts, listening deeply to each other’s truths, and weaving two worlds into one story of respect, understanding, and a shared future rooted in justice and unity.
This film will unveil sacred stories, ancient rituals, and the timeless connection to Country that binds all living beings. It is a celebration of resilience, a vessel for truth, and a platform for indigenous voices that must be heard.
We will be traveling across sacred lands including Bundjalung Country, Miwatj Country in Northeast Arnhem Land, Anangu Country in the Central Desert, and other First Nations communities, to listen, learn, and share the stories carried by Country and its custodians.
But we need your support to bring this vision to life.
**Why This Matters**
In a world where Indigenous knowledge is often overlooked, misrepresented, or at risk of being lost — this documentary stands as a powerful act of resistance and remembrance. It is a call to honor and preserve the cultural teachings that have existed for over 60,000 years.
By highlighting the living, evolving nature of Indigenous traditions and their deep ties to the earth, we show that these cultures are not relics of the past but living systems of knowledge that hold vital wisdom for our collective future. The survival of one culture is deeply connected to the survival of all — when Indigenous voices are silenced, we all lose; when they are uplifted, we all rise.
By donating, you’re not just funding a film — you’re directly supporting Indigenous communities, stories, and sovereignty. You’re helping protect wisdom that carries healing, guidance, and connection for all of us — now and for future generations.
