Hi, I'm Jack and if you're here I'm sure you know that I'm a chef.
I've been working from my apartment in Berlin to re imagine what a restaurant or dining experience is in 2024.
Now we have our space in Barcelona we are looking to advance our project and to bring responsible sourced ingredients to people in a low impact setting.
Ona was born out of our shared passion for food, that is responsibly sourced and sustainably produced. Here in Barcelona I am surrounded by a vibrant community with strong cultural ties to produce and also the culinary arts.
I feel a deep connection to the land and the farmers who work tirelessly to cultivate it. We know we want to create something that honours their efforts and the efforts of all farmers and foragers we have met along the way. What we want is to bring their produce to the forefront and show how we need to evolve to live within these current systems.
We are asking for a small amount of support to get this project up and fully running.
