Owen Michael Wagner, our cherished son, brother, and friend, left us all too soon. In his short time with us, he gave us a legacy rich with generosity, kindness, laughter, and wisdom that seemed to know no limit. 

We celebrate Owen’s life of limitless generosity and concern for others by establishing this fund in his name so that we might continue his work of offering educational and recreational opportunities to deserving DC Metro-area youth.

We, his family, will manage all aspects of this Fund, 100% of which will directly benefit DC Metro-area youth. We will notify each donor when their contributions have invested in Owen's legacy, including detailed information where appropriate of the specific individuals and/or functions to which our generous donors have contributed.
