In October of 2014 Bradley came down with what we thought was just a standard viral infection. One night a couple weeks later after daily fevers, he began struggling to breathe. They took him to Richland Memorial Children's Hospital where he was diagnosed with a severe bacterial pneumonia. This turned into weeks in the hospital, an ICU stay, CAT scans, X-rays, surgeries and a chest tube.  He was finally released to go home at the end November. In January, at a post-op appointment, it was discovered through an X-ray that he still had an air filled cyst (lung damage). The doctors decided to wait and look again in a few months to see if it remained or grew larger. On March 11, Bradley went in for another post-op X-ray and it showed that the air filled cyst had grown significantly. He is scheduled for surgery on March 16th where they will removed a small upper portion of his right lung that also contains the cyst (lung damage). 
As you can imagine, the medical bills have piled up. (His last surgery was $60,000). Anne and Robbie's out of pocket expense for this surgery, not covered by insurance, is $5000. This doesn't include the $3000 they owe from the surgeries in November. Please consider giving any amount to help lighten their load during this difficult time.
