Every year The Omicron Chapter of Beta Phi Mu awards a scholarship to one or more Library and Information Science students at Rutgers University's Graduate School of Communication & Information. The scholarships are awarded based on academic merit and require candidates to submit an essay and a letter of recommendation from a faculty member. Need is taken into consideration as a final differentiator. We depend on contributions from members and the supporting public to provide the funds for these scholarships. Every contribution helps, whether it’s $5 or $500. Please help us help the brightest and hardest working students who need the money to avoid graduating with debt.
