Meet Omelette

Omelette is a sweet, resilient 3‑year‑old male dog currently living in the clinic at Cincinnati Animal CARE, where he’s surrounded by a team that loves him dearly. He was born with cerebellar hypoplasia, a neurological condition that affects balance and coordination. Because of this, Omelette needs assistance standing and is prone to falls, which makes everyday life harder than it should be.

A life changed by wheels (and sunshine!)

Omelette loves nothing more than rolling in the grass and sunning himself like a furry little solar panel. With his squinty eyes and squishy face, Omelette is an absolute charmer, making friends wherever he goes. He’s still figuring out his donated wheelchair, but he definitely knows it lets him cruise to his favorite sunbathing spot faster than ever. The medical team has noticed increased strength in his legs, and the wheelchair has made handling him easier for staff and volunteers, reducing stress and risk of injury.
