Omar transfer & med Bills

Hi my name is Estefania Cuevas omar Pacheco Is my cousin he is 22 years old from Hillsboro Oregon where he grew up with my four siblings my mother and my father and my 4 year old son . He recently got diagnosed with throat cancer at a young age and was told he do not have long to live which is just devastating for myself and for my family . it's very hard for my family to cope with It .I would like to get transferred to my hometown in Oregon with my family but my family does not have the funds to do that it cost us $20,000 to get transported that's where you guys come in if you have it in your heart to help me and my family please It would be gladly appreciated
