Omar Baltazar's Fight Against Stage 4 Cancer

Hello everyone,

In 2021, Omar was diagnosed with brain cancer. Throughout this time, Omar has shown incredible resilience and bravery in his fight against brain cancer. Doctors have informed us that he is at stage 4 but we believe he is still fighting on strong. Omar was always cracking jokes and always had the biggest smile on his face. He recently turned 22 years old and it hurts to have him be in this situation at such a young age. We are still hoping for a recovery as we’ve seen it in many cases before. With that being said, we have started this page to prepare for any medical expenses our family may need to cover. We hope to take some financial pressure off my aunt and her family as they navigate through this difficult time with their son and brother. I know these are tough times we are in but my family and I will greatly appreciate even the smallest contribution. Update

With deep sadness we announce that Omar lost his battle against cancer on Thursday May 25th at 11:30PM. He passed peacefully in his sleep with no pain just how my aunt and family hoped. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel who had the best sense of humor and deep love for his family and close friends. We know Omar is in a better place now and one day we’ll all be with him again.
