Our 1 year old dog Olly has a prolapsed urethra and needs surgery to fix it. Unfortunately, this type of surgery can only be done by a specialist and will cost $3500. Olly is the sweetest, goofiest dog I’ve ever met. He is our daughter’s best friend and we love him immensely; however, times are tough and this is not something we saw coming. If anyone is able to contribute we would be immensely grateful.
