Just over a year ago, I lost my wonderful Dad, Maj, to a battle with cancer.
Alongside the immense support from family and friends, Thames Hospice provided fantastic care, guidance and advice and made an extremely difficult time as manageable as possible.
To raise money for Thames Hospice, I will be running the Richmond Half Marathon on February 18th with close friends of mine who were and continue to be there for me. Aaron, Barney - thank you boys.
Any donation would go such a long way for this charity and I'd like to thank you in advance for any contributions made to a charity and cause that will always be close to my heart. Much love x
Here's some more information about great work that Thames Hospice do in my local area: Thames Hospice is the local charity for people living in East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire. They provide expert medical, nursing and therapeutic care to adults who have a life-limiting illness - and their families and carers. It costs more than 7 million every year to keep our Hospice running and Thames Hospice rely on 80 per cent of their income from charitable donations, which enables them to provide our services free of charge, 365 days a year, to the people who need it most.
