Please help support Ollie Callaghan with in home Hydro therapy by getting him a heated outside hot tub used for therapies for home and a glow cylinder to help with visual stimulation.

My name is Sheena Callaghan and I’m raising funds to buy a heated hydro hot tub for my son Ollie.

Ollie was born premature and developed sepsis which caused lack of oxygen and blood flow to his brain and he developed PVL (Periventricular Leukomalacia ) level five cerebral palsy (non-mobile) (non verbal) and CVI (cortical vision impairment)

We are raising funds in the amount of £5343. To purchase a small heated pool which will help Ollie with soothing and relaxing his muscles which are quite tight and painful.

Ollie will be having major operation in October for his hips. Which we tried to repair with a small operation but unsuccessful in March, as his hips are dislocated from the lack of therapies. Ollie been needing lots of visual therapies that will improve over time with the right tools.

My mission as a stay at home mom is to oversee all of Ollie’s medical needs and do extra therapies at home which I have learned from the therapist to improve Ollie’s quality of life and to prevent any more invasive surgeries and helping each day with hydro which he loves and to help relax his tight muscles and to create and environment for him at home to continue on with therapies that is not always provided daily.

Ollie absolutely loves the outdoors, hydro therapies and respond very well to glow cylinders. We are trying to encourage flexible muscles and to increase his vision stimulation which can improve over time with the right tools and also be able to help to understand cause and effect.
