Olivia's Gift - OUR NEW HOME!

Olivia's Gift (OG) is a non-profit organization committed to providing high quality. nurturing home environments for young adults with severe disabilities. OG has successfully operated a home for six individuals on Cascade Road in Grand Rapids since 2011, and will open a second home in the summer, 2016. 

Our new home has been purchased with a short-term private loan. Structural and other modifications to make the home accessible have begun. We have announced the opportunity and have five young adults ready to move in, August 1st. We are seeking support for the repayment of the loan and necessary remodeling of the home. 

The Financial Need:
$200,000 initial purchase private loan repayment
$60,000 remodeling costs (widening doors, build accessible bathroom)
$28,000 equipment costs (ramps, handling equipment)
$60,000 handicap accessible transportation 

Totaling over $340,000  - not including operating expenses. 

Donations through our GoFundMe page will help provide supports for five more individuals in our community in need of accessible housing.
