Olivia's Youth Leadership Trip

Hello, my name is Olivia. I am a sophomore at Grace Christian Academy in Bainbridge, Georgia. I am very active in school, having been on the volleyball team, and am currently on the tennis team. I also have been playing the violin for 10 years, and am first chair with the Grace Christian Strings. I have many hobbies but, my favorite is achieving my 1st degree black belt in Shotokan Karate.  I am also aspiring to work in the medical field as my professional career.

Recently, I received an invitation to attend the National Youth and Leadership Forum for Medicine and Health Care to be held on the campus of John Hopkins University in July.  This is a great opportunity that I know will help me in achieving a future in the medical field.  

This trip is very expensive.  However, within the course of a week and a half, I will attend seminars about the future of medical technology, patient care and also have the chance to earn college credits.  I realize this amount is a lot to ask from my friends, family and sponsors, but every little bit helps me get closer to my goal.  If you are willing to help, I would appreciate it very much.  Thank you so much for all the support I've gotten from the people I know and love.
