Olivia's California Junior World Final

Hi my name is Olivia Harland and I live near Barnard Castle, County Durham - I am a member of Blackwell Golf Club and also Barnard Castle Golf Club. I have been playing golf since I was 7 years old and it is my passion! I am a member of the Elite Group at Blackwell Grange Junior Academy run by my golf coach Aaron Cox.

I recently qualified for the IMG Junior world final golf competition in San Diego this July. I qualified by winning the Faldo Futures Final at the Belfry in August in the girls 9-10 category. It is now my dream to compete in the final at Torrey Pines Golf Course and that is why I am fundraising to help pay for flights, accommodation, and entry fees to get myself there and represent the UK and my local area.

This competition will help me towards my ultimate ambition to get a Golf Scholarship to college in America when I am older and to become a professional golfer.
