Hey Friends and Family of Hana & Matt, 

As some of you know, Olivia recently had to go to the hospital and have her tonsils taken out. It was supposed to be a fairly routine procedure that many people undergo without any complications. However, after the surgery, Olivia was not able to eat or drink anything. This has severely complicated her recovery and she has not been able to heal properly. While most kids after this operation get to enjoy ice cream and other indulgences, Olivia has not been able take any food or drinks for a week now. In order to get nutrients to her they have had to use a feeding tube and an iv to get her fluids. Hana and Matt have been staying at the hospital and had to put their lives on hold in order to be by their daughter's side. Olivia's recovery is going to be a long one, and she will need all the help and support that her friends and family can give. They could use this money to pay for all of the expenses not covered by their health insurance, such as food, medical devices, and other therapy services to come. They would greatly appreciate any amount that you can afford!
