My name is Deon Richmond. I'm an actor/producer. I'm raising $ to shoot my film "Oliver's Twist". Our plan is to use the $ we raise to shoot the film, if we don't raise enough to shoot we'll put the $ toward helping us raise the rest of our budget. Having some $ makes our project more attractive to potential investors. Sometimes if we want to see great films we have to step outside of the studio system to get them made.
