Oliver’s Brain Tumour Surgery

This is our beautiful Oliver, he is a silver spotted BSH.

We have recently found out that our gorgeous boy has a brain tumour and it’s been a bit of a shock getting our head around this. Oliver is 7 years old and the specialist vets have said surgery to remove the Brain tumour looks to be a good option for him, because of his age it makes him a great candidate for a successful surgery.

Unfortunately the pet insurance only covered the MRI scan and blood tests so far, so we need to come up with the money for surgery.

I guess we are feeling very uncertain and just want the best for our boy.

To give a bit of back ground, we are lucky to be 2nd pet parents to Oliver, he was actually the first born fur baby to my cousin Matthew and his wife Becky, sadly Matthew passed away with covid 2021 whilst leaving behind Becky 16 weeks pregnant and their amazing 2 year old son.

So we adopted Oliver from Becky and he’s truly been the best thing to happen to us, and we just want to do what we can for him.
