It is with sadness that we announce that on February 29th, 2016, Oladele Olanipekun (Dele) suddenly went to be with the Lord.
Dele was an usher at Jesus House Chicago and an executive of the NETWORK, the youth ministry of the church.
Dele was a kind, talented young man with an exceptional future ahead of him and had a promising career in finance and planned to return back to school to complete a Masters' program.
In the coming days we will be celebrating Dele's life, his energy, and the light he left in our lives. "For to miss someone is to have loved them". We are united by this love and Dele's unwavering commitment to serve God.
Dele will soon be laid to rest in Chicago Illinois by his church due to the fact that there are no family members residing in the US. Funeral expenses are estimated at about $15,000.
Kindly assist us in giving Dele a glorious and befitting home going ceremony.

My name is Moji Dada. I live in Chicago, Illinois; orginally from Lagos, Nigeria. A member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God - Jesus House Chicago, one of the many parishes of RCCG worldwide. JHC is a "Place to Belong, Grow, and Become all that God has ordained for you to be".
Dele is a member of JHC, who served the Lord to the very end, a day before he went on to be with the Lord. He was a dear friend and a loving uncle to my boys. As a family, his sudden passing has brought us all together in love, unity, and the realization that we have but a limited time on this planet earth; hence live each day like there is no tomorrow and essentially, in the knowledge of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
We are bounded in love as a family to celebrate a life dedicated to others and most especially to God. We've received donations from friends, families, and generous givers from different parts of the world.
All of the funds raised via this medium will go to the entire cost and expenses of Dele's upcoming Home Going Ceremony and Celebration of Life. Whatever is left of the funds will be used to create a memorial for Dele at the discretion of the Olanipekun family.
Funds will be handed over to the leadership of the church, who will ensure its proper allocation.
