HI my name is David Skidmore and I am fundraising for Raymond and Lilian Okumu and their two beautiful daughters that now live in Uganda. Raymond has tried for many years to get a visa to finish his education in the USA. He found himself in the back of a very long wait line and was getting discouraged after several years. He was told about the USA having a lottery for several spots for a USA green card. Without much hope Ray entered the Immigration lottery and to his surprise, he was selected! Raymond has been accepted to a university but in order to take advantage of this miracle he needs funds to get vaccinations, passports, medical exams and air travel. With a green card he is able to work but initially he will need to set up an apartment and get on his feet financially for three months. I have known Raymond since 2013 and know what a fine man he has become. He is the type of pioneer that the USA needs with a vision to make the world a better place.
