OKP Goes to NEDF

The Ellington High School Opening Knight Players are traveling to the New England Drama Festival in New Hampshire on April 25th. We will  present a high school senior's play that explores the life of Nikola Tesla. This is a major honor for all the students involved considering the lighting, sound, set, costumes, props, makeup, and crew were student designed and run throughout the process. In order to make it to this point, OKP had to win the Connecticut Drama Festival held a few weeks ago in Meriden, CT. At this festival we won awards in acting, lighting design, movement, people's choice, stage managing, makeup, playwriting, scenic painting, top technical production, and best overall production. NEDF is a chance for the students to see all of the top productions from New England. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, so please help these talented students share this amazing story!
