As many of you have heard this morning the EMS community lost Sara Irvin to a traffic accident while on her way to work. This go fund me account is being set up for Little Sara who has lost not only her mother Tobi Russell but now her grandmother who was raising her. This little girl is gonna need every bit of help she needs to get through this rough time. I ask that what ever you can give lets do what we can to make sure this little girl knows that whatever she needs we will always be there for her, she is all apart of our family.
