After so several near misses OJ has qualified for 2025 Open Championship at Royal Portrush.
Since he was 9 years old it's been OJs dream to play in major golf championships, with The Open being his top choice and his chance is finally here.
After a successful amateur career winning over 50 titles, OJ went to Marquette University in Wisconsin. Having won two college titles and being the first player to receive Big East First Team honours for all four years of his attendance and was Big East player of the year in his senior year he qualified for the Canadian tour but unfortunately COVID hit and he had to return to the UK due to the cancellation of tours and travel.
With golf back in action OJ joined The Clutch pro tour where he has won 4 times, he the progressed to The challenge tour with full status and partial status in the European tour. Unfortunately a back injury caused him to lose his playing rights. But now after his recovery he's back and able to compete at his rightful level.
unfortunately the associated cost attached to playing at the open will run into several thousands.
