The people who know Oistein, describe him as a friend indeed. A true gentleman, a loving father of three beautiful angels and a dear friend.

A simple abdominal discomfort took an ugly turn in May 2023, when a late night sharp pain sent him to the ER. At first , it was a simple procedure to get the Gall Bladder removed. What looked like a 30 mins operation took 3.5 hours to complete and it went downhill from there. He was admitted to ICU where he was intubated for 3 weeks while he underwent 5 surgeries to save his life.

On the personal front things were not so comforting as he is going through a divorce even whilst he has been battling for life.

His bowel opens out to his belly spitting bile juices every 2 hours causing secondary infection which he has been struggling to contain for the last few months in hospital. To top it all up medical bills and collection agencies have started knocking at his door step.

He is a fighter for life and while he continues his struggle we, his friends and well wishers request with folded hands to please help Oistein spring back to life.
