Oil-Dri Teammates for Cancer

At Oil-Dri we don't have Employees - we have Teammates. We respect and acknowledge that "Winning at Oil-Dri is a Team Game" - no person is just an employee, we all have a key role to play on the team.

In order to help strengthen our culture, Oil-Dri teammates are being challenged to donate $5 to American Cancer Society whenever we refer to them as "employees" instead of "teammates" or "team members". We can support a great cause, and grow our culture at the same time.
