Ogunmakin Family

In March 2018, a very loving and compassionate father, Tolu Ogunmakin, came to Birmingham, AL to celebrate his children's birthdays and accomplishments. After returning to his home in Sacramento, CA he became very ill and unexpectedly took a turn for the worst. On Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11:16am, he transitioned to be with the Lord.

He left two of the sweetest kids, Naomi & Noah, in Birmingham, AL and a wife and son in Sacramento, CA. As plans are being made for his final arrangements, we ask for your assistance to be able to travel to the funeral that will be in California as well as to plan a memorial service in Birmingham, AL for his friends and family that remain in the area. 

After years of being the best father to his children, it would really break their hearts if they couldn't be there to say their final goodbyes. We ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers and allow God to direct your giving.

Those of you who knew Tolu, know that he always loved and took very good care of his kids.
