Single mom and three kids left homeless

Hi my name is xanna, on march 3rd my life and my kids lives changed drastically. A fire broke out in the attic due to electrical wires, I was able to get my children and our three dogs out of the house sustaining severe smoke inhalation. the damages are over $20,000. With the insurance company saying my policy was no longer active I have no way to pay for the repairs. This whole ordeal has been traumatizing for all of us, but my 7 year old is autistic and having a hard time understanding why we can’t go home, or why he can’t sleep in his bed at night. We are heartbroken. And now without funds to fix the damage we are left homeless.
