OG Snowboard Legend Danny Kudrave needs our help

Hello,

My name is Bill Keller ‘BK’ , I’ve worked in the surf skate snow industry for over 30 years. Danny was one of the pioneers of the snowboard scene in Southern California back in the 80’s and early 90’s. I had the privilege of getting to know him as a rider and the unofficial mayor of Mt Waterman. He was key in helping put Mt Waterman on the map with his riding and his desire to share the mountain gem with the industry. He has fallen on some very difficult times with his health and family. I’ve been walking with him through his struggles the past couple years and his situation has become dire, as he cannot work due to multiple injuries from a life working in construction and and as an athlete from riding on his board and racing Moto.

Danny has always been extremely hard working and the kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back! He is in jeopardy of losing his home and is currently living out of his truck and motels trying to fight in court to not lose everything he worked for over his entire career as an athlete and construction worker. I’m trying to help him raise money to secure legal representation and not have to live out of his car in the process.

Danny didn’t even know what Gofundme was as he’s not a computer savvy guy but he was blown away to think people are still out there willing to help others in need this way! Whatever you feel you would be willing to donate, it will be a blessing that could change the trajectory of Danny’s life and his family.

Let’s rally together and help one of our long-standing industry family members gain hope in what looks to be a hopeless situation.
