My 10 year old cousin, Jacob Azulay was severely injured due to being hit by a car and airlifted to USC medical center on March 9th, 2015. He is currently in pedatric ICU trying to save his leg which was severely injured in the accident. We're trying to raise money to cover the medical costs. Anything and everything helps.
