Official Memorial Fund for Vincent

On July 18, 2019, Vincent Marsh tragically lost his life  after being robbed some time that night on Old National Highway.  He was shot and  burned beyond recognition, and found deceased inside of his car, by the South Fulton Police Department, on the dead-end of Pleasant Hill Rd Ext off Old National Highway in South Fulton, GA.  Due to this heinous crime, which left Vincent unrecognizable, he remained unidentifiable until the GBA was finally able to make a DNA match with his brother’s DNA on March 9, 2020.  Because of this late identification of Vincent along with the Covid-19 Pandemic breaking out shortly thereafter, Vincent's murderer(s) have still not been caught!  Vincent leaves behind his wife of 21 years (Shawn) and their 2 teenage children (Kennedy and Kristopher). He was 55 years old.

Vincent’s death, by some,  especially by his murderer(s), may be viewed as another statistic. However to us, his family and friends, he was a devoted husband and loving father who was the  main provider of our household.  He was a loyal and compassionate friend to others, was always kind, wore a friendly smile, and  always had a calm and quiet demeanor.  Vincent was a hard worker and would help anyone he could at any time no matter how tired he was. This hideous and senseless tragedy has caused inexplicable pain and hurt to our family and to all who loved Vincent.  Moreover, Kristopher (his son) will never see the proud look on his father’s face as he graduates from high school this year 2021, and he nor Kennedy (Kristopher's sister), will be able to share future milestones with their father like graduating from college, getting married and having children of their own and many other life events. Nevertheless, our family is pushing forward, throughout this difficult time, and we are finding peace through our prayers and belief in our higher power, the Lord, Jesus, and, we thank God for the many prayers of others! Although Vincent’s life down here was cut short; my family and I have peace knowing he is with the Lord!

My family and I are working with local law enforcement to bring justice for Vincent by trying to move the investigation forward after such a prolonged period of time due to everything (i.e. Pandemic...).  My children and I have already forgiven the perpetrators as it is our belief as children of God to do.  Nevertheless, we desire the perpetrator(s) to be brought quickly to justice for Vincent so that they can not commit this horrible crime to anyone else.  God and God alone is the giver of life, in our belief, and therefore no one has the right to take another person's life. This ordeal has not only been enormously emotional for us, but has also been a tremendous strain financially.  For anyone who would offer their support to our family, we ask that you consider donating to this GoFundMe campaign, and we ask if you would think about sharing this with your network of friends and family.  Any amount you donate  would be greatly helpful and appreciated.

The donations that are raised through this fund will go directly towards solving  Vincent’s homicide; as the donations will be used to increase the Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta Reward( we set up in his name) and to assist with other efforts to solve this investigation. His investigation has  been slowed down due to Covid-19 and the many " BLM Protest-Related" crimes which are all very important as well.  Nevertheless, my family needs and deserves justice; So, we are keeping our hope and faith for this end! We pray that Vincent's case is not delayed any longer as a result of us setting up the Crime Stoppers Reward Fund.  Every donation is just the right size no matter what the amount because we believe that your kind and caring donation will make an expedient and huge difference in bringing this investigation to a overdue and "just" outcome for Vincent.  With your help and Crime Stoppers eye on the situation, we feel more confident that justice will more quickly be served for Vincent.  You can view the Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta Reward Fund for Vincent post at: link

Lastly, my family and I want to thank each and everyone of you, in advance, for helping us to seek "undelayed" justice, and we appreciate it more than words can express! May God always bless and keep you safe and well!
