Dickson County (TN) Sheriff's Officer Daniel Baker was shot and killed in the line of duty, after attempting to stop a suspicious vehicle.  He was 32.  Daniel comes from a long line of law enforcement and served our country as a United States Marine.  He leaves behind a wife, Lisa Schrock Baker and a young daughter, Meredith.  
This is a tragedy in our community and while no amount of money can improve the situation...it can and will allow Lisa to grieve as she deserves and care for their young daughter.
Daniel was a friend to all.  He had a passion for law enforcement, fishing and his friends and family.  He was dedicated to his community and his family.  It is my wish that Daniel Baker's memory will be honored by this small act of kindness extended to his family.

I am a personal friend of Lisa Baker (Daniel's wife).  We attended all of grade, middle and high school together.   This account was set up with her permission.  I plan to leave the page open until the end of June.  However, as soon as possible, I will initiate the transfer of current funds from GFM to the account set up at TriStar Bank in Dickson, TN.  I live in Erin, TN.
