Officer Justin Franklin, his wife Jade, and their two children, ages 2 & 5, lost all their material possessions in an apartment fire.  They did not have renters insurance.  This young family needs your help to rebuild their life.  They have been placed in another apartment, but need funds to buy furniture, clothing, food, etc.
