On February 25, 2021, Officer John Oseguera was shot in the lower extremities multiple times responding to call at the Vista Ridge apartments in Provo, Utah. He underwent surgery after arriving at Utah Valley Hospital, but not before he called his wife to tell her he loved her.

Oseguera's surgery went well and is currently recovering. He has a long road ahead of him with recovery and could use additional support for him and his family. 

I am a fellow Agent with Adult Probation and Parole who proudly served with Officer Oseguera throughout the years.  He is an officer with utmost integrity and respect. He serves his community with all his heart and is one of the best officers I have worked with.  All funds will be dispersed directly to Officer Oseguera as the sole beneficiary of this Go Fund Me Campaign.
