Officer, Igrich Vidal’s Speedy Recovery

On February 20th, 2021, My brother, Officer, Igrich Vidal, and his partner were responding to an active shooter call, and on the way to save lives, they were faced with a near-death experience. Officer, Vidal suffered the worst as he careened into a steel pole in an attempt to steer clear of an inattentive taxi driver. It's clear from live traffic cameras that my brother’s natural instinct to protect a life took control. 

This unfortunate event has caused a major setback in my brother’s life. As we know, being a police officer is a selfless job. Standup Officers like my brother, put their lives on the line every day to keep our nation safe yet they aren’t financially rewarded as they should be. For them, overtime keeps food on the table and bills paid which is something that my brother will no longer able to do. My brother serves as the backbone of our family.

I call upon this great nation to come together with me to be my brother’s backbone in his time of need. Anything you can give to help keep my brother and family afloat would be a great gesture of appreciation for him working endlessly to protect the people of this great city and take care of his family.
