On March 2, 2019 Sgt. Mark Belinkie of the Bridgeport Police Department became a tragic statistic of police officer suicide.
Sgt. Belinkie, a 19 year decorated veteran Police Officer, leaves behind two cherished daughters, Molly and Ellie. Molly has recently been accepted to eight colleges and his youngest daughter Ellie is also a straight A student.
Both of his daughters are exceptional. Their futures are bright and need to be secured.
