Officer Charles Starks' employment with the Little Rock Police Department was terminated on 05/06/2019, in reference to his use of deadly force in February 2019.  The Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police believes this termination was unjust.  Officer Starks is appealing his termination, but the appeals process is quite often lengthy.  While Charles is waiting on the appeal process to play out, he will need financial assistance with day to day living expenses for he and his family.  Please donate any amount that you can afford to give Charles Starks.  Thank you.
