Officer Byron Justin Parrott hurt his back several years ago while in the police academy. Sadly due to a herniated disc and fractured vertebrae he has had to have several procedures done to try to improve his quality of life. None of which had helped so the decision was made to do the spinal cord stimulator with the hopes that he wouldn't be in so much pain.
On 1/26/24 Officer Parrott and his wife and a friend headed to Nashville to have the spinal cord stimulator implanted as the doctor was finishing the procedure his heart stopped, they performed CPR and revived him he was rushed to the hospital where his heart stopped again. He was without oxygen for to long and he had suffered organ damage that cannot be repaired. Today 1/27/24 they are having to remove Officer Parrott from life support at only 43.
Officer Parrott was fully of life and had the best sense of humor regardless of the situation. He loved his family and lived for his wife especially. We are asking donations to help with giving Officer Parrott the funeral that he deserves as well as helping with some of the medical bills he has incurred. He has helped so many people please help us help him and his family in this heartbreaking time of need. Donations will be used to cremate Officer Parrott and give him the headstone and burial he deserves.
