A very unexpected departure. We are all devastated by the loss of our dearly friend and coworker, Jose M. Lugo, who sadly passed away this morning.
We want to give Jose the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. Jose M. Lugo leaves his mother, brother, sister and friends who appreciate him and love him deeply.
Senior Correctional Officer Jose M. Lugo was assigned to EJSP and formally worked at NJSP. Lugo was friendly, charismatic and always willing to help those you needed him. Lugo, you'll deeply missed.
