Office Evolution will be taking part in the Tough Mudder 15km challenge on Saturday 12th August 2023. We have chosen to raise money for this incredible charity as they offer help and support for thousands of people in the UK that suffer from Crohn's and Colitis. Particularly, 2 members of our staff have a diagnosis of Colitis, both of different severities but this is a chronic illness that can have a huge impact on day-to-day activities in their lives.

Without the advice and ever-growing research Crohn's and Colitis UK provide, living with this illness would be even more isolating and heighten the anxiety that is easily caused by the unpredictability and severe symptoms sufferers have to overcome. This is why we have chosen to support this charity as it is vital to ensure that the knowledge and understanding rapidly increase for the community that continues to grow daily.

More information about Crohn's & Colitis UK: Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are the two main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, affecting more than 500,000 people in the UK. Yet it is largely a hidden disease, and one that causes stigma, fear and isolation, it's thought that many people with the condition go undiagnosed and suffer in silence.
