In September 2026, I'm aiming to walk the entire Offa's Dyke Path177 miles (285km) from Chepstow in South Wales, along the border, past my home in North Wales, before finishing on the North Wales coast at Prestatyn.

A huge thank you to the businesses that have helped launch this challenge as Founding Sponsors: Anthony's TravelCharles Marcus Consultingdesign|dylunioFeanalls Estate AgentsStorrar Cowdry Solicitors.

Whether you're able to donate £10, £50 or £500, sponsor a stage, walk a few miles with me or simply share the campaign, every contribution helps make a difference.

Over 10–12 days, I'll be taking on one of Britain's most iconic long-distance trails to raise awareness of men's mental health while supporting the incredible work of Mind.

This challenge is about more than reaching the finish. It's about encouraging conversations. Too many men struggle in silence, and sometimes walking side by side makes it easier to open up.

Throughout the journey, I'm hoping to invite friends, family and supporters to join me for different sections of the route, and an opportunity to talk, listen and connect.

Your donations will first help cover the essential costs of completing the expedition. Every penny raised beyond those costs will be donated to Mind to help them continue supporting people experiencing mental health problems.

Whether you donate, sponsor the challenge, walk a few miles with me, offer a bed for the night, or simply share this page, you'll be helping to support an important cause and remind people that no one has to face life's challenges alone.

Thank you for your support. I hope you'll follow the journey from the first step in Chepstow to the final one in Prestatyn.

Why? People have asked me why I'm doing this challenge! The honest answer is that it feels like the right time...

As I approach my 50th birthday, I've found myself reflecting on where life has taken me, the challenges I've faced and the people we've lost. Way back in 2012, I lost my younger brother, and like so many families, I've lived first-hand the impact that mental health struggles can have.

Earlier this year, I completed the Coast to Coast cycle ride from Whitehaven to Sunderland. Almost everyone asked the same question: "Are you doing it for charity?" At the time, I wasn't. But those conversations stayed with me.

This time, I wanted the challenge to have a purpose beyond the finish line. Walking the length of Offa's Dyke feels like the perfect opportunity to challenge myself while supporting a cause that matters. If the journey encourages even a handful of conversations about men's mental health, helps someone realise they aren't alone, or raises valuable funds for Mind, then every mile will have been worthwhile.

If you'd like to support the challenge by donating, sponsoring a stage, walking alongside me, offering somewhere to stay, or simply following and sharing the journey, I'd be incredibly grateful.
