Off Island Boxing Competition

Hi everyone. My name is Jake Albert, and I am asking for donations to help get to New York before September, 11 2025. I'm trying to raise $3k for this upcoming trip.

I'm traveling from Guam to New York to represent the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) in an upcoming amateur boxing match. This opportunity means a lot to me, not just as a personal milestone in my boxing career, but as a chance to put FSM on the map in the world of competitive boxing. Coming from a small island and stepping into a global arena like New York is a huge honor, and I'm determined to make every moment count inside and outside the ring.

This journey is the result of years of hard work, discipline, and dedication to the sport. While the spotlight of New York brings pressure, it also fuels my drive to perform at my best and make my people proud. I carry with me the spirit of Guam and FSM, and I'm ready to show the heart and grit that defines who we are. Win or lose, I'm here to represent my roots with pride and fight with everything I've got.
