Off Grid Senior Medical Bill Assistance

Hi, Don here. I am a 68 year old who just 3 years ago had the thrill of purchasing my own beautiful piece of property in SE Arizona which I am developing all by hand. So in short, I am an offgrid senior homesteader who has found a way to live affordably in retirement. My goal is to create an airbnb for birders and nature lovers, and create an income that will supplement my social security and provide hospitality and adventure for others. On Easter Sunday I was admitted to the hospital with excruciating pain in the abdomen. I was transferred from one hospital to another with more equipment where I was diagnosed with appendicitis. While I do have medicare and a supplemental plan the deductible and out of pocket maximums are a challenge to deal with financially.
