Donation protected

This is Officer Mitchel Smith. He is a single, 22 year old Police Officer who resides in Columbia, MO and is fighting for his life with brain cancer.  Mitchel is a selfless young man who has always been service oriented. He has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans,  his local Animal Shelter as a dog walker, and the Missouri Conservation Department, to name a few. He loves the outdoors: fishing, kayaking, canoeing and rock climbing.  He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in  troop 858, then went on to graduate from Fort Zumwalt South High School in St. Peters, MO in 2012.  He went to Columbia College where he graduated with a   B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2015, at the age of 20.  Mitchel then attended the Police Academy at the University of Missouri.
After a 10 second seizure in March 2017, and a trip to the ER, Mitchel was told he had 2 cancerous brain tumors. He then had a left craneotomy where the neurosurgeon removed as much of the tumors as possible. Mitchel has undergone 30 radiation treatments and is getting ready to start 9 months of chemotherapy. Mitchel is a fighter, but his medical bills are adding up. Mitchel would risk his life to save you,  if you can, please help to save his. If you can't help monetarily, please say prayers for Mitchel!! Thank you for reading  Mitchel's story!
