Allison Huffman was rushed to the hospital last week with what was thought to have been an accidental medical overdose. Allison was sick with what they thought was the flu.  After many tests, CAT scans, MRI's & EEG's, It was found that Allison is suffering from an infection in the brain. She is in a coma, and most likely has brain damage from lack of oxygen.  No one knows yet what her long term prognosis is, only time will tell. But what they do know, is Allison & her family have a very long road of medical expenses ahead of them.  Allison is only 21. She's too young to have that burden. It's going to be hard on the whole family having to miss work, eat out daily, the gas to drive back & forth from Fairbury to Lincoln all the time, plus all the huge medical bills. With permission from her dad Larry, I've set up this account for them to keep them afloat. The most important thing right now is that they all be there for Allison, and some financial support from anyone that can donate will keep them by her side with a little more ease.  Anyone that knows Huffy (Larry), knows he's one of the most giving people in the world. It was hard for him to say yes to letting me do this. He knows it's trying times for everyone right now. So letting people help him is not easy. He would much rather be the giver, then the reciever.
